OK, so I realized I didn’t give enough details about the wedding and preparations for that magical day! Here’s a few random facts about the amazing day on August 13 2010, the day I became Mrs. Michael Wright!
1. What’s the info on the dress!?!?! I tried on 2 dresses, I didn’t want to drag this it on and get overwhelmed having to choose from like 10 dresses. My mom took me the first time and looked breathless when I walked out in the first dress. It was such a great mother- daughter moment! I picked the second dress after walking around the store for awhile. My brother, Marcus, came for the final fitting and of course added his 2 cents about where my turquoise sash should be lol. Which he was right, his suggestion looked better, having the color around the waist instead of around the bust. My dress was from David’s Bridal. Click here to see the link
Today is our first month anniversary. Everything is going great. We have only tried to kill each other 3 times (just kidding). But our first month has been not without challenges. When we first got back, we come to find my business hard drive has crashed and needs to be restored. Our crawlspace floods a week later and needed to get plumbing stuff repaired. And we still have to get through work. But we have rose above those issues and still stand by each other every single day. Thanks for the continuing congratulations that everyone continues to give us. We have a great family that stands beside us.
That’s the question that everyone keeps asking. I actually love that question because I love answering it! I married an amazing, intelligent and attractive man! So, my answer in a nutshell is: It’s great, it’s comforting, its stable and its relaxing. To be honest, that’s how it felt before we got married. It’s just awesome to know, this is my life. Mike and I get along so well and if ever there is an issue we make sure to discuss it.
So yeah, that’s how married life is so far 🙂
It was a beautiful and magical day. We would like to thank everyone that attended and sent their love. We are on our honeymoon now and when we get back we have tons of pictures and some video to go through. We will post these along with our vows and the best man and maid of honor speeches on the website. We will also be giving details of the days events so those who couldn’t join us can follow through our special day. We are going back to the beach. Talk to everyone soon.
In just 2 hours and 30 mins I will be walking down the aisle and seeing my beautiful bride. Everything is in motion. Getting ready, shirt and pants all ironed. Vows are soon to be in my pocket, the best man has the rings, the flower girl and ring bearer are here, the cake has been delivered to the reception, the maid of honor is helping my bride. My mind is going a million miles a sec. Soon to say “I Do”
Just got back from my bachelor party. Had a great day thanks to my best man and friends. We went to Frankies Fun Park and rode the go-karts and played arcades. Then went to see the movie The Other Guys. It was a great bachelor party.

Happy 4th 5th of July. Janine and I went to the fairgrounds to see the fireworks. Before the colorful sky show we got to walk around and see all the vendors. Man was food expensive. There was lots of festivities but we didnt join in. Finally we got to sit down, enjoy our food, relax and just enjoy having good conversation and people watching. Hopefully everyone else had a fun and safe 4th of July.
